4. Enforcement of Terms and Conditions for SHUBECCHA customers
Indirect or attempted violations of the policy, and actual or attempted violations by a third party on behalf of a SHUBECCHA customer or end user of the customer, shall be considered a violation of the policy by such customer or end user.
If any user/customer violates the above Terms and Conditions, the user/customer may be liable for action under applicable laws, including suspension or discontinuation of the services without advance notice.
5. Customer data and lawful use
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information and customer data uploaded to SHUBECCHA is collected and used lawfully and that the required permissions or consent are obtained wherever applicable.
Customers must not use SHUBECCHA services for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, prohibited, or unauthorized communication.
6. Promotional offers
Any offers from our website, social media, promotional SMS, WhatsApp messages, emailers, or any other medium may be subject to specific eligibility conditions and may not be applicable to existing customers unless specifically mentioned.
